About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at Lyra Health International. This is a brand-new role, part of an exciting proposition development to ensure gold standard employee mental wellbeing services onsite at a premium office location with exceptional employee wellness services.

Responsibilities: As a Clinical Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing mental health needs and referring onto therapy when necessary
  • Offering immediate support and guidance to employees experiencing mental health challenges
  • Delivering video/face-to-face goal-oriented therapy sessions and case management services

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelors or Masters level counselling qualification, current accreditation status, and experience working with psychological health issues. A minimum of 400 hours therapeutic delivery post-qualification is essential. You should also have experience working in high-pressure, time-limited environments.
