Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Executive to join our team at The Langham, London. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Admin Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all administration related to the F&B office, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Support the Director and Assistant Director of F&B and all outlet managers on a daily basis, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Lead quality initiatives in the F&B division, analyzing guest feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage with financial reports and analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Respond promptly to guest compliments, comments, and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a personnel management system within the F&B department, including induction, training, and performance management.
- Champion food safety training for food and beverage colleagues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Proven experience in a luxury 5* hotel environment, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Opera, and Micros, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of InDesign and Open Table is an advantage.
