Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage department, ensuring that every culinary creation and beverage dispensed meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that our food and beverage operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire food and beverage department, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure that all food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocktaking.
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop new menu concepts and improve existing ones.
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
- A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
