About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Environmental, Health and Safety to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and driving a culture of safety and sustainability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of EHS professionals to ensure effective implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all business decisions.
  • Develop and manage EHS budgets and resources to ensure effective implementation of EHS strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EHS leadership and management, preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex EHS data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of EHS professionals.
