Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Environmental Health and Safety to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development and implementation of our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of EHS training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and roles in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources to support EHS initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to EHS team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EHS leadership and management, preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets to support EHS initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate EHS team members.
