About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as Head of EHS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership on EHS matters across our GB&I business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Lead EHS incident management and investigations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EHS excellence and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage EHS budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of EHS programs.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Provide EHS guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Conduct EHS audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement EHS metrics and reporting to measure performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EHS leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with EHS software and systems.
