About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as Head of EHS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership on EHS matters across our GB&I business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Lead EHS incident management and investigation processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EHS improvements and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage EHS budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of EHS programs.
  • Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct EHS audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
