Health & Safety Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting a Zero Harm culture across all business units, supporting both the Environment, Health, and Safety Management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in managing the Environment, Health, and Safety Management system across multiple sites
- Carry out proactive and reactive EHS inspections, audits, and Gembas
- Lead accident and incident investigations, reporting findings to enhance workplace safety
- Support in maintaining legal compliance through risk assessment and CoSHH management programmes
- Contribute to maintaining EHS accreditations and advise on minimizing environmental and safety risks
- Develop and deliver EHS training programmes and conduct internal audits

**Requirements:**

- Level 4 Occupational Health and Safety qualification
- Proven experience within an audit environment and strong computer literacy
- Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure
- Flexible approach with the willingness to work out of hours as required
