Job Title: Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Iceland Food Group.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are responded to within our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining a quality approach to our social media channels, ensuring timely responses, and promoting the brand in a positive light.
  • You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and team to maintain high productivity and accuracy levels.
  • Flagging potential issues and alerting internal teams to product or promo issues are also key aspects of this role.
  • Moderating Feefo reviews, updating review trackers, and responding to customer queries via post are additional duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, reading, and communication skills.
  • A good grasp of spelling and grammar.
  • An eye for detail and ability to investigate cases effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' holiday, 15% Iceland discount, and 30% off at Club Individual Restaurant group.
  • A unique working arrangement, with one week in the office and one week based at home, rotating every two weeks.
