Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Iceland Food Group.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are responded to within our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Key responsibilities include maintaining a quality approach to our social media channels, ensuring timely responses, and promoting the brand in a positive light.
- You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and team to maintain high productivity and accuracy levels.
- Flagging potential issues and alerting internal teams to product or promo issues are also key aspects of this role.
- Moderating Feefo reviews, updating review trackers, and responding to customer queries via post are additional duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong writing, reading, and communication skills.
- A good grasp of spelling and grammar.
- An eye for detail and ability to investigate cases effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

- A unique working arrangement, with one week in the office and one week based at home, rotating every two weeks.
