Digital Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Lead to play a crucial role in driving our Affiliate & Partners marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, co-ordinating, nurturing, and managing affiliate relationships, as well as maintaining partnerships with affiliated businesses and agencies.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Affiliate marketing and ideally some wider performance marketing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also have the ability to work independently and use your initiative to achieve targets and goals.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a very competitive salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, along with an excellent benefits package, including 25 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holiday, 15% store discount, 30% club individual restaurant discount, parking, highly subsidised restaurant onsite, subsidised Costa, discounted gym membership, charity fundraising events, educational sponsorship, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, long service awards, reward & recognition.
