Job Summary: Community Healthcare Manager

As a Community Healthcare Manager with Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients in the Birmingham region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your expertise to lead a team of support workers and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Training and assessing workers' competencies to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee seamless care delivery.
  • Managing a team of non-clinical case managers, guiding and supporting them to achieve excellent care outcomes.

Package Includes:

  • An annual salary of £44,000, acknowledging the significance of this role in delivering exceptional care.
  • A £3,000 car allowance and mileage expenses, facilitating your ability to travel to various locations.
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in community healthcare, with advanced clinical skills in complex care. Experience delivering care to both adult and pediatric service users is essential, along with a valid driver's license. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also vital, enabling you to inspire and direct your team towards achieving exceptional care outcomes.
