Connected Search Group is an exclusive partner of a leading manufacturer based in Sheffield, catering to various market sectors including construction, automotive, caravans, and modular building.

The company is seeking an Area Sales Manager for one of its product divisions, which is a prominent fabricator in Europe, offering comprehensive cutting and CNC fabrication services to industries like caravans, PVC doors, underfloor heating, and vehicle bodies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop new sales opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Foster business growth through strategic partnerships
  • National role requiring frequent travel across the UK
  • Pursue contract quotations and manage sales leads generated from digital marketing efforts
  • Provide technical support to contractors and end-users
  • Maintain accurate monthly reports
Candidate Profile:

A highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team.

This role requires extensive travel across the UK, making it essential to possess a full driving licence and be a safe driver.

Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Previous sales experience
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Familiarity with the construction/insulation industry would be beneficial
Working Hours and Compensation:

Full-time (37.5 hours)

The salary range for this position is £40k-£50k per annum, negotiable based on experience.

The package includes a company car, laptop, phone, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and automatic enrolment into the company pension scheme.
