At MaxAd, we are expanding our team of B2B sales professionals to drive business growth in laboratory design solutions. We are seeking experienced individuals to fill two roles: Business Development Specialists and Client Relations Specialists.

About the Roles

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and building a pipeline of opportunities. This role involves researching key industries, networking, and outreach to identify new business prospects.

The Client Relations Specialist will focus on driving customer engagement from initial meetings to final orders. This includes attending appointments, creating proposals, securing orders, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings to understand project scope, requirements, and expectations
  • Maintain and utilise data and reporting on Salesforce to underpin efficient sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals, working with internal teams to ensure deliverability and budget alignment
  • Guide clients through each stage of the project, from introduction to agreement
  • Drive sales by maintaining close relationships with clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and securing orders
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers to enhance our client's brand presence
  • Partner with design, pre-construction, and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and quoting

We offer a negotiable remuneration package based on previous experience, as part of a supportive package with immediate starts available for both roles. Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
