Job Overview: Mase Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with architects, building surveyors, local authorities, and main / approved contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring our products are specified in new build and refurbishment projects.

About the Position:
This role requires 2+ years' experience operating as a specification sales manager within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver CPD presentations and possess excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work autonomously. A professional / consultative sales approach and IT literacy are also essential.

Benefits and Salary: This role offers a competitive salary of £52,500, plus a bonus of £22,500, company car, 7% pension, private healthcare, home office setup, life insurance, and 25 days holiday (rising with length of service) + public holidays.

Location: This role is based from home and covers the Northwest / North Wales region. You will travel across the area and be given the autonomy required to develop the territory.
