Job Title: Patient Transport Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Transport Liaison Officer to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, and bed managers to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on patient transportation and care to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to identify and address any issues that may impact patient transportation and care.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve patient flow and reduce delays.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient transportation and care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a healthcare or patient transportation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
