Patient Transport Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Transport Liaison Officer to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients across our network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, and bed managers to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Provide on-site support to our Patient Flow Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination with our operations team.
- Attend meetings and site visits to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with our planning and control team to forecast patient demand and ensure operational responsiveness.
- Assist operational managers with issues that arise throughout the day, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Proven experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of patient transport services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
