Patient Transport Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Transport Liaison Officer to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients across our network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, and bed managers to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Provide on-site support to our Patient Flow Manager, assisting with daily operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our planning and control team to forecast patient demand and ensure operational responsiveness.
- Act as a liaison between our operations team and hospital staff, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate information exchange between stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of patient transport services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hospital staff and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and patient care.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
