About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Brighton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A full-valid driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check
