About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in our Supported Living service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke round-the-clock care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community
  • Assist with personal and household tasks, meal preparation, and accessing healthcare services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in health and social care
