Care Support Assistant, Independent Living

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Independent Supported Living team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bespoke round-the-clock care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community
- Assist with personal and household tasks, meal preparation, and accessing healthcare services
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure high-quality care and support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through comprehensive induction and training
