About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Independent Supported Living team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults to live independently in their own homes.

Our Supported Living service provides bespoke round-the-clock care, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives. As a member of our team, you will work independently and as part of a team to support individuals with personal and household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, outings, and accessing healthcare appointments.

We value experience, but it is not essential to have previously worked in health and social care or with autistic people. Our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will equip you with the skills and tools needed to thrive in this rewarding role.

We are looking for a good team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals in your care.

Our staff come from diverse backgrounds, bringing their experiences, interests, and skills to enrich the lives of those they care for. If you are seeking a meaningful career and want to make a genuine difference, this is an excellent opportunity.
