About the Role

Our Supported Living service provides bespoke round-the-clock care for autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults, enabling them to live in their own home. As a Care Support Assistant, you will work independently and as part of a team to support them at home and in the community, helping with personal and household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, outings, and accessing medical appointments.

About You

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, and while experience is valuable, it is not essential. Our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will equip you with the skills and tools to thrive in this role. We seek a team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience, who is friendly, approachable, and possesses good communication skills to build positive relationships with those in your care.
