Art Director

At Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH, we're seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the creation and execution of global experience projects for our blue-chip clients. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative brand experiences that connect with audiences and transform them into fans.

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and self-starting Art Director who can work closely with our creative leadership and strategy team to develop compelling brand narratives that connect authentically with target audiences. Your work will bridge multiple touchpoints, creating cohesive and immersive experiences that draw people closer to brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global experience projects for blue-chip clients across physical, digital, virtual, and film mediums.
  • Craft innovative brand experiences that connect with audiences and transform them into fans.
  • Collaborate with the creative leadership and strategy team to develop compelling brand narratives.
  • Work closely with production teams, creative tech, and external contractors to evaluate feasibility and viability of individual project delivery.
  • Prioritize, plan, and manage project work with clarity, integrity, and authority.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the visual, written, storytelling, and brand communications industry.
  • Experience in experiential design is preferable.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a high degree of initiative requiring minimal supervision.
  • Team player and committed collaborator with excellent presentation skills and active listening abilities.
