Junior Art Director

As part of our Creative Department, we are seeking a talented Junior Art Director to support the development of our E-Commerce shoot concepts under the direction of our Creative Director and Art Director. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that the visual aesthetics drive brand and commercial impact across all E-Commerce assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing advanced understanding of fashion aesthetics and translating these into visually stunning concepts.
  • Art directing all E-Commerce product stories and shoots, adhering to brand consistency and commercial needs, through the guidance of the Creative Director and Art Director.
  • Mentor and advise Reiss Studio and freelance teams on set.
  • Developing briefs for the production team to deliver photographic shoots, including models, lighting, styling, attitude, mood references, and hair and makeup.
  • Supporting with sign-off for imagery with the Creative Director and Art Director, confirming that all assets are delivered on time.
  • Supporting the development of new creative concepts, through building a visual inspiration asset bank drawing inspiration from your management team.
  • Owning the selects and ensuring that the lead image captures the unique aesthetic of each product while maintaining the level of luxury and elevation Reiss demands.
  • Developing our brand guidelines for visual output communication with the Buying and Digital team, as well as our senior members of the business to fulfill the successful rollout of assets.
