Job Title: Special Needs Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced special needs professional to join our team as a full time and long term teaching assistant at a special needs school in Cheltenham. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on students with varying needs and abilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students who have cognitive disabilities, physical needs, and medical requirements. Administering medication and using hoist equipment are advantageous skills to have, but not essential. What we are looking for is someone who is empathetic, understanding, and patient, able to cater to the students' care needs while keeping them engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with varying needs and abilities in a classroom setting
