Responsibilities
  • To manage effectively a caseload of learners, adhering to OFSTED and Awarding Bodies standards.
  • To utilize e-portfolios for delivering and managing learning.
  • To build and maintain positive relationships with employers and other relevant agencies.
  • To provide expert advice and support to learners.
  • To incorporate British values into educational teachings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Substantial teaching experience for individuals aged 16+.
  2. Proven assessment skills for Adult Care qualifications up to level 3.
  3. Occupational competence gained from working within the care sector.
  4. Background in delivering work-based training.
Key Information

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Sector: Education.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Working Hours: Full-Time.
