NHS Fife is seeking an experienced Digital and Information Systems Training Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital and Information directorate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering training on digital systems to service users and staff.

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of training, from determining training needs to creating and delivering training, while identifying ways to continuously improve the training offered.

You will develop and provide a range of training materials to enable standardised training programmes, providing a self-help approach to user training.

Working closely with the Strategy and Programmes team, you will ensure all training materials are developed in a standardised format, aligning with NHS Fife's Digital and Information Strategy 2019-2024.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You must be able to travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required, and be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of training delivery.

NHS Fife values diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of society.

Please note that NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, but with no change in pay.
