Lead System Integration Specialist

We are looking for a Lead System Integration Specialist to join our team at Optos PLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of complex systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
With a strong background in systems testing and integration, you will have a deep understanding of the importance of verifying the performance and functionality of complex systems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our test suites, ensuring that they are comprehensive and effective in identifying any defects or issues.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software development, hardware engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively articulate the benefits of our products and services, as well as any challenges or concerns that may arise.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong leadership skills, with experience of managing teams and leading projects. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results, while also being able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
