About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at JBA Consulting. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements from internal and external clients and creating wireframes, modeling, and diagrams to deliver quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering business, functional, and technical requirements through workshops and meetings.
  • Developing detailed requirements to be used by all project staff, including project managers, systems architects, developers, testers, and end-users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Robust experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an open and collaborative way.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts quickly.
  • Experience in development, GIS, databases, API interface design, and UI/UX design is desirable.
