About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at JBA Consulting. As a Technical Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements from internal and external clients and creating wireframes, modeling, and diagrams to deliver quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Developing detailed requirements to be used by all project staff: project managers, systems architects, developers, testers, and our end users and client stakeholders.
  • Running requirement workshops and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Robust experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex concepts and ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Experience in development, GIS, databases, API interface design, and UI/UX design is desirable.
