Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Supply Technical Specialist to join our Combat Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical oversight and ensuring the successful delivery of safety-critical systems.

This role involves managing the design phases of a battery-backed Power Supply supplier and an internal Combat System team. Additionally, you will be working closely with the Combat System team to manage the technical aspects of an Equipment Rack supplier.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide technical oversight for the design phases of a battery-backed Power Supply supplier
  • Work closely with the Combat System team to manage the technical aspects of an Equipment Rack supplier
  • Lead the design phases of an internal Combat System team
  • Degree in an electrical engineering-related discipline
  • Proven experience in the design of 48Vdc power supplies
  • Proficient in requirements management tools like DOORS and Enterprise Architect
  • Experience in the application of functional safety standards, such as IEC 61508
