Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services to residents and their guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Manage phone, email, and in-person requests, anticipating resident needs and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer property facilities and local area information, including events and activities, to enhance the resident experience.
- Support Front Office activities at the Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel, ensuring a seamless transition between residential and hotel services.
About You
We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in hospitality or residential environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
