This role involves managing multiple projects across Nottinghamshire & South Yorkshire. As a Clientside role, you will report into the company Managing Director, responsible for a team of site managers, overseeing the programme of works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in local authority, SCAPE or similar works, preferably with experience in office fitout projects, SCAPE framework or healthcare environments.

The daily rate for this position is £280, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. If you have an established track record as a Contracts Manager with a proven ability to deliver results under pressure, please consider applying.
