Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and competent Site Contract Manager to join our expanding team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction projects, ideally within smaller firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a Sheffield-based contract with a project value up to £500k, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, programme staff, and site personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address any issues and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • UK-based applicants with UK construction industry experience only.
