We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Nurse to join our team at the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on mental health research projects, contribute to the development of new studies, and provide high-quality care to participants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on completing feasibility assessments of potential new studies, setting up and delivering mental health studies, recruiting participants to time and target, and managing site files and sponsor monitoring visits. They will also be required to promote mental health studies and raise awareness of RDU initiatives by attending trust-wide forums and conferences.
We are looking for someone with specialist mental health knowledge, understanding of NHS research management and governance processes, and experience of communicating complex information with service users and carers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, clinical registration, and good clinical practice certification.
