Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
  • Upsell food and beverage offerings to promote our products.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to designated areas.
  • Assist with unloading and putting away deliveries.
  • Participate in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
  • Experience with Micros and Hilton systems is preferred, but full training is provided.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
Requirements
  • Passion for customer service and excellent customer service skills.
  • Loyalty, positivity, and a hardworking attitude.
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus.
