We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hilton London Gatwick. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Take the time to listen to the needs of our guests and build natural rapport.
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
  • Raise bills and take payment.
  • Clear and reset tables.
