Job Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for serving food and drinks in our assigned outlets in a friendly and timely manner. You will take the time to listen to the needs of our guests and build natural rapport, making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets
  • Take the time to listen to the needs of our guests and build natural rapport
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy
  • Raise bills and take payment
  • Clear and reset tables
Requirements
  • Provide high-quality service and attention to detail
  • Have a smart and professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Value being part of a team and supporting colleagues
  • Approachable, positive, and proactive manner
  • Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is an advantage
