The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Langshott Manor Hotel. As a key member of our Mulberry Restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Meet and greet guests, providing a friendly and attentive service.
  • Take guest orders and serve food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages, with a smile.
  • Complete satisfaction checks and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Present bills to guests and process payments efficiently.
  • Reset the restaurant at the end of the shift, ready for the next service.
  • Ensure your work area is clean and tidy before departing.

Requirements

  • A smart appearance and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You will need to have a passion for guest service and a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a quality food service hotel or restaurant.
