Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Nursing, a current RN license, and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

You should also have experience working in psychiatric care, medication management, and crisis intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

In addition, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should also be comfortable with electronic medical records and other technology used in the field.

A competitive salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
