Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Operations Assistant to join our team at Doylestown Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless clinical operations.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a medical office or hospital.
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date health records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification or diploma.
- Experience with electronic health records and practice management software.
- Knowledge of medical office protocols and procedures.
