Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join our Health Visiting team.

About the Job:

You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support to families, promoting healthy living and well-being through the Healthy Child Wales Programme.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide teaching and training to families on healthy living and well-being practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop community profiles and improve health outcomes.
Requirements:
  • First-level registration together with a degree/diploma in Health Visiting is essential.
  • Level 3 Safeguarding Training is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits:

£37,898 to £45,637 per annum, pro rata, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
