Job Description:

The role of Senior Telecoms Site Delivery Specialist is to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the site/build design team at Project People.

This involves developing and deploying innovative technologies to streamline site design processes, working closely with IT and Digital departments to ensure alignment on process improvements and transformation goals, and shaping future design strategies using technology for greater efficiency and better outcomes.

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance the design delivery process and promote a culture of continuous improvement within mobile site design delivery.

About the Role:
  1. Digital Transformation Projects: Manage digital transformation projects within the site/build design team to drive process improvements and innovation.
  2. Innovative Technologies: Develop and deploy innovative technologies to streamline site design processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  3. Alignment and Goal Setting: Work closely with IT and Digital departments to ensure alignment on process improvements and transformation goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress monitoring.
  4. Future-Proofing Design Strategies: Shape future design strategies by leveraging technology for greater efficiency and better outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence in mobile site design delivery.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing digital transformation projects, experience with innovative technologies, and a strong understanding of how to shape future design strategies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
