Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Norwegian writers to contribute their expertise in training AI models. Outlier enables top companies to refine their AI models by providing human feedback.

  • We require skilled writers with fluency in Norwegian to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models.
  • This freelance opportunity is remote, offering flexible hours so you can work at your convenience.

You may utilize your expertise by:

  • Evaluating and ranking series of responses produced by an AI model after reading Norwegian text.
  • Writing a short story in Norwegian on a given topic.
  • Assessing the factual accuracy of Norwegian text generated by an AI model.
  • Demonstrated professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
  • Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related field.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position averages USD 30 per hour, varying based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.
