As an Asset Management Lead at Michael Page (UK), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our corporate estates team.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of our estates portfolio.
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results in asset management, facilities management, and parking services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation across the business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems, as well as strong knowledge of commercial property law.
