Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Asset Coordinator to join our team at DAMICOR LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all mechanical and electrical assets across site, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Electrical Engineering role, with a strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the facilities team

Benefits Package:

  • Salary £45,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1630

About the Role:

This is a site-based role; however, you may be required to travel to other facilities within the contract as required. The successful applicant will have the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively, ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical assets across site.

Salary Estimate: Based on the location and industry, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
