KPMG UK is seeking a skilled Employee Experience Specialist to lead our HR Shared Services team. This 12-month fixed term contract offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Shared Services, with excellent stakeholder management and handling escalations skills. They will also have experience of working within a busy contact centre environment and a good understanding of HR systems.

This role requires the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the team and with key stakeholders within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment, engagement, succession, and development plans to optimize team performance and manage attrition.
