Employee Benefits Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our specialist Employee Benefit Solutions division at Succession. In this role, you'll work as part of a highly professional support team that enables our Planners to maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, hybrid role aligned to either our Birmingham or Glasgow offices, with some flexibility around working hours. However, for the right candidate, the role can also be performed remotely with travel to the office for initial training and monthly thereafter.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications, and tracking to completion
- Processing both Group Protection and Health & Wellbeing renewals and carrying out market reviews, using provider portals and arranging Group Pension annual review meetings
- Substantial experience of both Group Protection and/or Health & Wellbeing (such as PMI and Cash Plans) and Group Pensions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages
- Competitive basic salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
