Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnered with a longstanding client to support growth within their team. We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join their established employee benefits & pensions intermediary.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Group Risk and Healthcare broking experience, with a strong career history and clear passion for progression and learning. This individual will manage a portfolio of SME clients, consulting across Group Risk, Healthcare, and Pensions.

The successful candidate will also create and identify opportunities for new business through cross-selling and up-selling. This role can be fully remote, with the expectation of attending office meetings and events four times per year.

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
