Employee Benefits Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience of Group Protection and/or Health & Wellbeing, and Group Pensions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with policy providers to obtain policy details and process new business applications.
- Processing Group Protection and Health & Wellbeing renewals, and arranging Group Pension annual review meetings.
- Preparing documentation, client recommendation reports, and annual review correspondence.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
- 25 days Annual leave with rapid increase, plus bank holidays and additional days for Christmas closure.
